By accessing or using Here Stage ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Here Stage is a live event platform that enables users to attend, host, and interact during live-streamed events. The platform provides real-time features including video playback, chat, and interactive avatars within a virtual venue environment.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Guest Access

Certain events may offer limited guest preview access without an account. Guest access is temporary, may be time-limited, and does not include all platform features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue guest access at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through chat or any other feature

6. Event Content

Event hosts are responsible for the content they stream and share on the platform. Here Stage does not pre-screen event content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Video content is streamed via YouTube, and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

7. Chat and Communication

Chat messages sent during events are visible to other attendees. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. We reserve the right to moderate, filter, or remove messages that violate our acceptable use policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Here Stage platform, including its design, code, logos, and features, is owned by Here Stage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Here Stage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
